Points and notes for Full Service Packages

• Flight numbers, arrival and departure times must be received on full payment due date. Your driver will be at the International arrival Area to greet guests, Transfer arrangements will be sent prior to arrival once all flights have been posted. The Airport transfer is based on one group transfer return, if some members of the group are unable to make this transfer WHH can assist in arranging alternate transfers and will add this to their package cost. Most groups have arranged flight arrival AND departure times to be in a 2-hr window of each other. Non-WHH vans cannot serve refreshments on board, so this will be provided on arrival in the home.

• We must be advised of any allergies or any dietary restrictions at time of payment, Whistler Home Holidays makes every effort to meet all dietary and allergy restrictions to the best of our ability, there may be times when this is not possible, we will advise on any alternatives. It is the responsibility of the guest to provide comprehensive information for allergies that are severe; WHH does not take responsibility for allergic reactions. All meals can be vegetarian with minor substitutions

• The first dinner on arrival is a 3/4 course served dinner or buffet style meal pending arrival time at the home, length of flights and point of international origin. This is a light, but yummy meal to reflect the long travelling day.

• Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. Breakfast service is Buffet help yourself style, however the kitchen and the dining are Restaurant set up. If your group wishes to make changes to these times, please advise soonest.

• There are additional charges for extensive meal substitutions or additions to the menu plan.

• Fresh Tracks days are Tuesday and Friday. Your driver will be at the door at 7:00AM all guests are advised to be ready for this transfer.  Staff do not prepare breakfasts on these days, for guests who do not choose to take part in the Fresh Tracks Breakfast Buffet, WHH will make available coffee/tea and cereal only, we ask that you do not use WHH stock and the you self clean. The Housekeeping staffs do arrive quite early on Fresh Tracks days.

• Door-Lift-Door transfers are based on one group transfer at a pre-arranged time based on the group’s wishes.  If any member of the group decides not to take this transfer, it may be possible to catch the last trip of the morning with another group. After this time we recommend the taxi service or bus.  In the event Whistler Home Holidays Driver can return for an additional private trip, we will do so only if possible. The same is for the return trip; most guests are able to meet in the village for their ride home. The company transfers are available from 8:00AM to 10:00 AM and again from 3:00-6:00 PM. You may also request and book additional transfers if necessary, again we ask that you request prior to arrival.

• WHH provides the wine/beer for the first day and dinner. It is advised to purchase refreshments accordingly for other dinners.

• Appetizers are served at 7:00 PM in the living room, dinner at 7:30. Meal preparation is timed accordingly, appetizers are followed by table services starting with: Soup served at 7:30, Table salad, main course and dessert, staff should be completed by 10:00 PM, Dinners are not prepared on Monday and Thursday evenings, we advise dinner reservations in restaurants be made in advance.

• If is wise to pre-book any other additional services, in-house massage therapy is one service requested often, this can be arranged through WHH cost is ~$120.00 hr, min 2 hrs per masseuse, Excellent in-house service.

• It is also wise to pre-book lessons, other packages, guides etc prior to arrival, we recommend extremely Canadian for private guides, we most certainly can advise, we can also pre-book any Heli-skiing needs.

• Feel free to ask any of our staff to join you for some skiing and après-ski fun!

• Gratuities are not included in the package price; feel free to contact Mgmt. for suggestions.

• The Return transfer is based on the earliest guests’ flight leaving Vancouver Airport, if this requires an alternative transfer we can arrange for this transfer and add to the package or the guest may pay direct.
