Welcome to our 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home at Green Lake Estates located on the 14th fairway of the world famous Nicklaus North golf course. This wonderful, warm and inviting family home is located directly across from the pool, arena and fitness centre. Enjoy a hot tub while watching the golfers or cross country skiers go by. Bed configuration is king or 2 singles in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 singles or king in the 3rd bedroom, 2 singles in the 4th bedroom, 5th bedroom has a double bed. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plumbed in cappuccino/espresso/latte machine, hot tub, B.B.Q., 2 car garage + additional parking in the driveway, flat screen TV's, foosball table, DVD, WIFI, Apple computer and printer.
