Access to VILLAGE, Shops & Restaurants: Same as the lifts or a more enjoyable 10-15 minute walk to the Village along the cleared & lighted Valley Trail.
OUR HOME: A spacious corner penthouse with TWO cozy bedrooms and a view of the lake to wake up to. Plus a dble pull out Sofa to cozy up to by the fireplace. 3 separate intimate and comfortable sleeping areas. 2 NEW top of the line "pillow top" queen size beds with NEW down Duvets, down pillows or hypoallergenic pillows.
Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom, including hair dryer, heating pad & ice pack for sore muscles, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand cream, Q-tips, cotton balls, bandages, tissue towels & more than plenty NEW linen.

Private Deck: A deck with two wicker chairs and table to overlook Alta Lake. A Great relaxing spot to enjoy watching the Hummingbirds and the exhilaration of the Windsurfers. Ashtray provided for smokers. Our home is strictly a Non-smoking, Non-pet environment (please!)
Views: A four-season kaleidoscope right outside our window. Views through the B.C. Fir trees and beyond to the blue waters of Alta Lake in summer or a White blanket of snow as far as the eyes can see in the winter.

Exposure: Panoramic ? it?s a corner unit with loads of natural light! Faces northwest, great place to be when the sun goes down.

Parking: Unlimited FREE parking. Secure ski, board, bike storage: available at no extra cost.
